Behavioral Health & Human Sustainability

You are not falling apart. You are carrying too much.

You are not falling apart. You are carrying too much.

M.E.N.D.E.D.™ is a healing-centered practice for professional women who are competent, exhausted, and ready to build something more sustainable than survival.

Services

Where would you like to begin?

Individual Therapy
$0.00

Individual therapy at M.E.N.D.E.D.™ is designed for the professional woman who is functioning — often at a high level — but who knows that something needs to shift. You are not in crisis. You are not falling apart. You are carrying too much, for too long, in environments that were not designed to support you. And that is absolutely worth addressing.

This is healing-centered, culturally responsive therapy grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems. These approaches honor both the external pressures you navigate and the internal world you carry. The work is not about fixing you. It is about building with you — developing the clarity, the capacity, and the structures that allow you to live and work sustainably.

You might be here because you are exhausted in a way that rest does not fix. Because you have achieved what you set out to achieve and still feel like something is missing. Because you are tired of being the most capable person in the room and the least protected. Because you have been holding it together for so long that you have forgotten what it feels like not to.

If any of that sounds familiar — this is for you.

Who this service is for Professional women navigating overextension, identity, systemic strain, life transitions, and the quiet depletion that comes from carrying too much for too long. Women who are not in crisis but are not fully well either. Women who are ready to stop managing and start designing.

Couples Counseling
$0.00

A relationship is a system. Systems can be redesigned.

Couples counseling at M.E.N.D.E.D.™ is not crisis intervention. It is not a last resort. It is relational sustainability work — intentional, structured support for couples who value what they have built and are ready to invest in designing something more intentional together.

The strain most couples experience is not evidence that something is wrong with the relationship. It is evidence that the relationship is carrying more than it was designed to support — overextension, invisible labor, imbalance, and the accumulated weight of two people trying to sustain demanding lives while also sustaining each other. That strain is real. It is also addressable.

This work is grounded in the Gottman Method — one of the most extensively researched approaches to couples therapy available. It focuses on building the specific skills, habits, and structures that allow a relationship to function well not just in calm seasons but in difficult ones too. The goal is not to return to how things were. The goal is to design something better than you have ever had.

Who this service is for Couples navigating the strain that overextension, imbalance, and invisible labor place on partnership. Couples who are not in crisis but feel the distance growing. Couples who have been through something hard and want to find their way back to each other deliberately. Couples who are ready to stop reacting and start building.

What to expect Couples counseling begins with a joint intake session followed by individual sessions with each partner before ongoing couples sessions are scheduled. This structure allows Cherysh to understand each person's experience fully before the relational work begins. Sessions are available in 45 and 60 minute formats, in person in South Georgia and virtually to clients anywhere in Georgia and Alabama.

Clinical Supervision
$0.00

You deserve a supervisor who has actually been in the room.

Clinical supervision at M.E.N.D.E.D.™ is not a checkbox. It is not hours logged toward a number. It is a professionally and legally significant relationship — one that shapes the kind of clinician you become, the ethical grounding you carry into practice, and the confidence with which you navigate the most complex situations your clients will bring you.

Clinical supervision for MSWs and LMSWs working toward licensure is a statutorily required activity governed by Georgia licensing law. It must be provided by a credentialed LCSW who meets the supervisory requirements established by the licensing board. At M.E.N.D.E.D.™ that requirement is met — and exceeded.

Cherysh Caldwell brings to supervision not only her clinical credentials but a professional history that spans law enforcement, education, nonprofit leadership, court administration, and local government executive management. She has navigated the intersection of people and systems at every level. She understands the institutional pressures her supervisees face — not from a distance but from direct experience. She supervises from that place.

Supervision at M.E.N.D.E.D.™ is grounded in the values of the framework — systemic awareness, sustainability, reflection, and ethical practice. It is rigorous, honest, and genuinely invested in your development as a clinician. Not just your hours.

Who this service is for. MSWs and LMSWs in Georgia who are working toward LMSW and/or LCSW licensure and require supervised clinical hours as mandated by state licensing statute. Both individual and group supervision formats are available.

What to expect. Supervision sessions are 60 minutes. Individual supervision provides dedicated one on one time focused entirely on your cases, your development, and your licensure progress. Group supervision is conducted in small groups and provides the additional benefit of peer learning, shared case consultation, and collegial support alongside qualified supervisory oversight.

All supervision is provided in compliance with Georgia state licensing board requirements. Documentation of supervised hours is provided as required for licensure application.

Supervision and licensure preparation — integrated by design. Preparation for the licensure examination is an integrated component of supervision at M.E.N.D.E.D.™ As required by Georgia licensing law supervisees working toward LCSW licensure receive exam preparation support as part of the supervisory relationship. Standalone licensure preparation is available separately for clinicians who are working with a supervisor elsewhere and need exam prep, application guidance, and Georgia licensing law support independently.

Investment

  • Individual Supervision — 60 minutes — $150

  • Group Supervision — 60 minutes — $85 per person

Supervision and licensure preparation services are not billable to insurance. For full fee and payment information visit the Getting Started page.

Licensure Preparation
$0.00

Who this service is for.

This service is designed for social workers in Georgia at every stage of the licensure journey.

Upcoming MSW graduates from accredited programs who want to enter the licensure process prepared — not scrambling after the fact.

MSWs who have completed their degree and are actively preparing for the ASWB examination for the first time and want strategic, structured support rather than generic study materials.

MSWs who have sat for the ASWB examination and were not successful on a previous attempt — and who deserve a different kind of preparation this time. One that is honest about what went wrong and specific about how to move forward.

LMSWs who are ready to pursue LCSW licensure and need support navigating the clinical examination, the application requirements, and Georgia licensing law at the advanced level.

If you are a supervisee of M.E.N.D.E.D.™ integrated exam preparation is already included in your supervisory relationship as required by Georgia licensing law. This standalone service is designed for clinicians who are working with a supervisor elsewhere.

You have done enough waiting.

This is the work. Getting started at M.E.N.D.E.D.™ begins with one conversation — a brief, no-pressure consultation to talk about what you are looking for and whether this is the right fit. There is no lengthy intake before anyone speaks to you. Just reach out and we will take it from there.

Well-being by intention. Not by chance.
